A self-initiated piece showing the restoration workshop in the Wirral Transport Museum.
When I drew this image, Liverpool No. 245 was being restored. Meanwhile, Birkenhead No.70 and Birkenhead No.20 were being put away for the night. The image uses hand-drawn type to show the detail of the signs. The main image was drawn on location and type added later, around A1/2 sized.
